V březnu letošního roku (2023) uplynulo 70 let od úmrtí jednoho z největších ruských skladatelů nejen 20. století Sergeje Prokofjeva. Tato 36-disková edice z produkce vydavatelství Warner Classics přináší skutečně reprezentativní průřez jeho tvorbou a vedle nejslavnějších kompozic jako např. baletu Romeo a Julie, “Klasické” symfonie nebo symfonické pohádky “Péťa a vlk” zde máme možnost uceleně slyšet i většinu jeho dalších mistrovských děl včetně filmové a komorní hudby nebo oper. Nové nebo nově remasterované nahrávky se špičkovými interprety, orchestry a dirigenty uspokojí i toho nejnáročnějšího posluchače.
