Americká bratrská dvojice Ron a Russell Maelovi založili skupinu Sparks již v roce 1969. Od té doby prošla skupina několika stylovými proměnami. V roce 1979 začala skupina spolupracovat s italským producentem Giorgio Moroderem.
Kompilace zahrnuje největší hity skupiny z celé kariéry včetně skladeb z posledního oceňovaného alba Hippopotamus. Album bylo sestaveno přímo Ronem a Russellem.
